We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; it must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

As we are currently in the process of moving our warehouses we have two different return processes:

  • If you have a return label in the box, please use this one to return your articles
  • If you don’t have a return label, please access our return portal and download the label here (in case you experience problems with our return portal, please contact us at info@ameli-zurich.com)


Returns have a cost of 15,90 CHF that will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that were bought on sale or through gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take up to 10 working days after reception at our warehouse to process your return.

Note: If you choose to return your item outside of the 30-day window without receiving a proper shipping label from us, we will not be liable for any product that is lost or delayed in transit.
