Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped by Swiss Post as insured packages with tracking information. Orders received before 10 a.m. (Central European Time) on Mondays through Fridays are processed on the same business day.
After the shipment has been initiated, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail that includes the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the current delivery status of your order. Note that it may take up to 24 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to update.

Shipping is free of charge for orders with a minimum order value of 59 CHF. Orders below this value are subject to a shipping fee of 15.90 CHF.
Orders to Switzerland or Liechtenstein are typically delivered within 2-5 business days after being processed.
If you live in the Zurich area, you can choose to pick up your order at our Showroom. During checkout, select "Local Pick-up," and we will contact you once your order is ready. We will send you details on how to arrange a time to come by and pick up your order.
Tax & Duties
International orders (shipments outside of Switzerland and the European Union) may be subject to customs or import duties upon reaching the destination country. Import duties and taxes may vary from country to country.
We regret to inform you that we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes. Therefore, customers are responsible for any potential additional fees and charges. In case you wish to return your product, customers are responsible for claiming back the paid amount from the local authoritites.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
