1. General Information
The giveaway is organized by AMELI Zurich. Participation is free of charge and open to all natural persons aged 18 or older with a residence in Switzerland, Germany, or Austria. It is not connected to or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms. By participating, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. How to Participate
By entering the giveaway you agree to sign up to our AMELI Zurich newsletter (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe any time. Existing subscribers must register again to be entered into the giveaway. Only one entry per person is allowed. Participation using automated services or giveaway bots is not permitted and will result in disqualification. Employees of AMELI Zurich and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Prize
The prize includes:
- Train Travel to Zurich (2nd class)
- One overnight stay for 2 persons at Hotel "Zurichberg" incl. breakfast, date must be aligned with hotel's capacity. Valid for one year.
- One AMELI handbag of the winner’s choice
- A personal meet & greet with AMELI founder Christina
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, AMELI Zurich reserves the right to reallocate the prize.
5. Data Privacy
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy. In the case of a win, we will require your name and postal address for delivery purposes. Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary to fulfill the delivery.
6. Liability
AMELI Zurich is not liable for technical issues related to platforms or newsletter systems that could interfere with participation.
7. Miscellaneous
AMELI Zurich reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the giveaway without prior notice if technical or legal circumstances require it. Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies.
