All orders are shipped as insured packages with tracking information. Orders received during Monday - Friday before 12.00 a.m. (Central European Time) are processed on the same business day and orders received after 12.00 a.m. (Central European Time) will be processed the following business day. 

Please note that like with everything in life, sometimes things come up which could cause delays in the shipping process. We promise that we will do our best to get these beautiful products to you as soon as possible and will keep you informed should such delays impact your order.

All Swiss orders will be delivered with Swiss Post. Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge for a minimum order value of 59 CHF. Orders below this value are subject to shipping costs of 15,90 CHF.

International orders (shipments outside CH & the EU) may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore customers are responsible for potential additional fees and charges. Import duties and taxes may vary from country to country - we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it; it must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

As we are currently in the process of moving our warehouses we have two different return processes:

  • If you have a return label in the box, please use this one to return your articles 
  • If you don’t have a return label, please access our return portal and download the label here (in case you experience problems with our return portal, please contact us at


Returns have a cost of 15,90 CHF that will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that were bought on sale or through gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please be informed that we might reduce the refunded amount if the returned product is not in the same condition as received. If the return was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take up to 10 working days after reception at our warehouse to process your return.
